How are affected people and assets identified?

Mapping of the affected area and the resettlement area.

  1. A census registering every affected person, whatever their legal status.
  2. An inventory of land, structures, crops, trees, businesses and community assets, signed by the household head.
  3. Socio-economic studies of all household income sources.
  4. Analysis, which produces the entitlement matrix, the livelihood measures and the baseline indicators.
  5. Consultation with affected people on the assistance and opportunities proposed.
